Refund policy

We offer refunds only within 3 days of order delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:
 The request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
 The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
 Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory.
 Refunds are only processed if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as per your order.

Important:
 After 3 days, no refund requests will be entertained.
 Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy – Valid for 7 Days

We want you to love what you wear. If your size doesn’t fit or you prefer another style, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange:
 Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact).
 Exchange must be for the same item in a different size or another item of equal or higher value (price difference applicable).
 Customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the error is on our side.

Note:
 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
 Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
